Mr. Ghulam Shabeer, Hingorjo is professional Rural Development Activist from University of Sindh Jamshoro, Sindh Pakistan (2012) having a degree of bachelors of science (honors)major in Rural Development (16 years education). He has Two years experience in the research methodology, tool techniques of surveys and evolution. Additionally Two years experience as of the trainer in the human rights education and capacity building in Non-government organization of development sector(human right educational forum) moreover he gave his services in the Sindh Development society as Qualitative Researcher in District Jamshoro Sindh under the project of Trcaire Empowering of women for reduction of Gender base Violence (GBV) further in Aga Khan University, as Research Assistant in District Hyderabad and Tando M.Khan, on Psychosocial Study, Human Development Program.
He has two years diverse experience in social development sector and worked in national Organizations Hands Pakistan, Aga Khan University Karachi AKU, National Forum for Womens Health Development PNFWH, Institute of Business Administration IBA-Sukkur and Sindh Development Society SDS in Various Projects .He has special interest in the field of Education Development, Rural Development with cross cutting theme of School Teaching, Social Mobilization, Community Development, and Research Survey. He has basic skills Report Writing, MS Office, team building, facilitation skills, working under pressure and in remote area. He has done Master in Rural Development and Bachelor in Education B.Ed from university of Sindh Jamshoro. Objective is to develop skills in the field of Rural Development, Education Development, and Research Methodology and to be a Development Professional.

Examination of the Project File kept by the project beneficiary community organization to confirm that all documents are complete and the project design is according to documents in file.
Group interview with community members and Community Organization offices bearers on the interview schedule to be provided in Urdu language.
Group interview with community women about the project.
Inspection of the project to determine compliance of the environmental and social safeguards defined by the PPAF and to determine present operation and maintenance of the project.

• Handle qualitative research work of the projects, including Phase(s) Baseline Survey, Action research and end line survey
• Be the first point of contact for community on projects and maintain comprehensive notes,
• Build relationships with Community and researcher, including data collection on the ground basis
• Assist with report creation, including writing, analysis, and chart and table creation in Excel or PowerPoint.
• Detailed note-taking during community calls and meetings.
• To Mobilize the community on genuine issue in ToT
• Able to effectively solution of problem, issues and adjustment during ToT.
